As an Accident & Emergency (A&E) Nurse you will be an integral part of our Emergency Department team, providing urgent and critical care to patients experiencing various medical emergencies. Your quick decision-making skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations, and compassionate approach will ensure that patients receive timely and efficient care during their most vulnerable moments. Pulse Nursing are offering a number of shift patterns and flexible shifts across day and night hours in friendly and welcoming teams around the Poole & Bournemouth area. Rates for the A&E Nurse are between £25.00 to £35.62 PH. Responsibilities: Triaging patients upon arrival, assessing their condition, and prioritizing care based on the severity of their condition. Administering initial treatments and interventions to stabilize patients, providing life-saving measures when necessary. Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients’ conditions. Assisting the medical team in performing diagnostic tests and interpreting the results. Administering medications and intravenous therapy as prescribed by physicians. Initiating and maintaining intravenous access for patients requiring fluids and medications. Assisting with minor procedures, wound care, and patient immobilization. and knowledge. A&E Nurse role Requirements:   6 months NMC Registration. 6 months experience in A&E- able to provide 2 references for verification. * Up to date CV covering 10 years work history and Skills Full EPP Clearance of Immunisations. Right to work within the UK – Documented proof will be required.
