We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning & Development Consultant to join a leading firm in the legal sector on a 12-month interim basis. This is a pivotal role supporting the business through a period of transformation as they deliver a strategic talent development initiative designed to equip their workforce for future challenges.Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and implement a learning strategy that addresses current and emerging capability needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps across fee-earners and other key populations. Design and deliver learner journeys that drive engagement and support professional growth. Build credibility and secure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with external suppliers to deliver high-quality learning solutions. Support the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) within the next 12 months. Ensure alignment with the organisation’s talent strategy and long-term objectives. About You Proven experience in senior L&D roles within a legal environment. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Expertise in TNA, learning strategy design, and programme delivery. Familiarity with LMS implementation (Workday)and vendor management.
