Part Time Receptionist Are you an approachable and highly organised Receptionist? Our client, a leading recruitment agency, is looking for a proactive Receptionist to become an integral part of their dynamic team.Duration: ASAP until end of February (potential to go permanent after this) Location: Just a 3-minute walk from Waterloo East station Hourly Pay Rate: £13.85phWorking Pattern: Part-Time (3 days a week)Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays)Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors with a warm smile Handle incoming calls with professionalism Book travel and accommodation for staff ️Order weekly office supplies Manage office music and air conditioning Book internal meeting rooms via Outlook Calendar Replenish drinks, fruits, and biscuits for the team Keep the office tidy, clean, and safe Offer coffees and teas to visitors ️What We're Looking For:A friendly demeanour and excellent communication skillsStrong organisational abilities and attention to detailProficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially OutlookWhy Join Us?Be part of a supportive team in a thriving environmentOpportunity for growth with potential to go permanent after FebruaryThis role is advertised by the Office Angels London Bridge Branch.
