To support this growth, thepanies are seeking a Group HSQE Executive / Officer to strengthen their health, safety, quality, and environmental practices across the organisation.Your new role As Group HSQE Executive, you’ll support both groups in maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and environmentalpliance. Working alongside the existing HSEQ Manager and reporting directly to the directors, you’ll oversee ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 systems, coordinate audits and inspections, deliver training and toolbox talks, and ensure safe working practices across sites.You’ll also play a key role in preparing thepanies for ISO 14001 accreditation by 2026, while managing responsibilities such as equipment checks, vehiclepliance, and induction processes. This is a full-time role based primarily at their HQ in Mallusk, with some travel for site visits andmittee meetings.What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will bring:An accredited Health & Safety qualification plus ISO auditing certification.Previous experience in a similar HSQE role.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all aspects of work.A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues.What you'll get in return This is a rare opportunity to join an employee-owned business where your contribution directly supports collective success.
