At Protocol Education we are looking for an enthusiastic SEND or mainstream primary school teacher who will bring calmness, creativity and confidence to the classroom. We are working closely with a friendly specialist school in Gateshead. If you are all about meeting pupils where they are and helping them move forward one step at a time, this could be the role for you.What you’ll be doing as a SEND teacher Teaching and adapting lessons for the pupils with a range of needs (including ASD, MLD and SEMH).Working closely with TA’S, therapists and parents to build strong support networks.Bringing creativity, structure and calm energy to every lesson.Making progress personal, not just measurable. Requirements for the role as SEND Teacher QTSExperience working in a classroom setting, ideally with SEND pupilsA nurturing, consistent approachConfidence working alongside TAs, therapists, and SENCOsExcellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
