Behaviour support assistant – Fareham

Our client school based in Fareham is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join their staff team.

Within this role your main responsibilities will be working 1:1 with a child with challenging behaviour difficulties as well as working within a nurture group for pupils with SEN in the afternoon.

Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour is essential within this role due to the behaviour needs of the child you will be supporting.

All posts are subject to pre-employment checks, two references will be sought and successful candidates will need to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check (DBS), medical clearance and provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK as well as evidence of teaching qualifications.
