This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a supportive, collaborative in-house legal team with a strong culture of inclusion and professional development, and a focus on innovation and making a positive impact.Your new role In this role, you will manage an active caseload of housing disrepair cases from start to finish. You’ll draft statements, interlocutory applications, and prepare documents for court files, as well as liaising with colleagues, clients, opponent solicitors and counsel. You will represent the organisation in court and tribunal hearings as required and support the Legal Services team in ensuringpliance with legislation and implementing appropriate controls. You will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing law, regulations, andpany policies is essential, as is collaborating with internal teams to provide clear, timely advice to customers.
