Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements: Degree in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or related field. Relevant professional registration (NMC, HCPC, etc.). Experience as a Specialist Mental Health/LD Practitioner. Strong clinical skills in assessment, formulation, and intervention.
