We have been assigned by one of the UK's more prestigious NHS Trusts to help them recruit a Senior Clinical Fellow in ENT on either a Substantive or an NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months to join their successful ENT department.Our client holds fundamental Values of Compassion, Openness and Excellence where they underpin how they intend to work as a Trust and the associated behaviours are becoming embedded in all aspects of how they work. The successful appointee will be joining a trust where they'll benefit from such perks like; A variety of flexible working options, development opportunities, including both professional and leadership development, On-going support through every step of the way from recruitment to when you join our team and beyond and a variety of other staff benefits including employee assistance programme, discounted gym membership, onsite fitness classes and car schemes.Some interesting facts about our client include: their hospitals see more than 4,000 outpatients daily, they see more Trauma & Orthopaedic outpatients than any other Trust - over 3,300 per week, they average 860 patients are seen in A&E every day - 6th largest in the country, they carry out more planned surgical operations than any other Trust in England with almost 50,000 operations taking place in our 52 operating theatres & they are one of only 5 Trusts nationally with more than 50 operating theatresThe appointee will be asked to undertake various duties, which include: undertake clinics, of which 1 will be in paediatrics and the others as part of the adult service, they will have an average 2.5 theatre sessions in their job plan with one of these being in paediatrics, these theatre sessions will be supervised and led by one of the Consultants, you will be expected to take part in teaching and training duties & the appointee will be expected to be active in at least one departmental clinical audit at any one time and support the maintenance and presentation of the Head and Neck database.Our client's location is based in the Midlands where they'll have access to excellent public and private schools along with reasonable house prices & excellent railway and motorway links to major cities such as Birmingham and London with very close distance from an international airport.
