About us Due to a continuous growth TFS Healthcare are looking to take on a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our new Hitchin office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join a highly successful Healthcare recruitment agency spiralised in placing Nurses within the NHS and Private. We train and develop all our recruitment consultants through our experienced managers and L&D department. If you are looking for a change in career or have finished studying and want to earn well and progress rapidly, then TFS Healthcare is the one. The role This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is now looking for their next step, whether you have recently graduated or now just want to be involved within a more target driven environment. You will need to be an excellent team player and able to work as a team and as an individual to meet targets. You will be: Attracting candidates through job boards, social media and referrals. Building relationships with both candidates and clients. Qualifying your candidates and submitting them into positions that are suited to their experience. Being able to juggle different candidates at different stages of the recruitment progress. Attending client visits.
