The company is known for its focus on innovation and excellence in its field, offering a structured and professional working environment.Job DescriptionProcess supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Maintain and reconcile accounts payable records.Handle supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.Prepare and process payment runs, including BACS and international payments.Assist with month-end closing activities, such as reconciliations and reporting.Monitor and manage the accounts payable mailbox.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.Support the accounting and finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.The Successful ApplicantA successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:Strong experience in accounts payable processes.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.A proactive attitude and a commitment to accuracy.Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal departments effectively.A qualification in accounting or finance would be advantageous.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £29,000 to £33,000 GBP.Generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays.Access to a workplace pension scheme.Free on-site parking for employees.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a supportive team.
