Rota Manny

A client based in Holland Park is seeking to recruit a dynamic, flexible, organised, and nurturing Rota Manny for their 10-year-old twin boys. Duties include: Providing attentive and nurturing care for the twin boys, ensuring their emotional well-being and positive development Management of the boys’ calendars, and accompanying them to activities and appointments Collaborating and liaising with teachers, tutors, and specialists to support their progress and ensure that routines, tasks, and practices are implemented and maintained seamlessly Maintaining clear and open communication, working in tandem with household staff to ensure a harmonious and well-organised environment; being responsible for all related to the boys Planning nutritious and well-balanced menus for the boys and liaising with the chef Keeping the boys’ areas of the house tidy and organised and encouraging the boys to tidy up after themselves Providing a detailed handover end of shift International travel – flexibility is required Ad hoc duties and errands relating to the boys Candidate requirements: SEN experience (essential) Rota experience working within fully staffed, private households Qualifications in child development and education and/or University educated Bubbly, affectionate, and empathetic, with high emotional intelligence Organised, excellent communication skills, and flexible with schedule and travel Strong swimmer, good sea legs (no sea sickness is essential; experience on yachts is desirable) Rota schedule: 1 week on/off, and 2 weeks on/off when travelling (flexibility is required). Accommodation: Private ensuite bedroom, within the residence (during shift).  Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
