About the role Connex Education is in partnership with a vibrant Primary School within the Hinckley area to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work on a supply basis starting ASAP. You will have strong teamwork skills as the school in question has a key focus on teamwork and collaboration to be able to achieve student and school goals. This school is at the heart of a thriving and creative community, and you will need to meet high standards and match the ambitious expectations alongside the staff and the governors. A key ethos and aim for this school are to ensure all learners are provided focused support to ensure excellent progress is made. Duties will include general classroom support for all pupils in KS1 and KS2, facilitating learning through play and small group interventions for pupils requiring additional help.
