Our client, Lincolnshire Police, are seeking an Occupational Health Administrator to join their team at their headquarters in Nettleham. This is a temporary role until end of August . As an Occupational Health Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Office Manager, administrators, and the wider Health & Care team in delivering exceptional service. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will be essential in maintaining a highly confidential environment. Responsibilities: Maintain occupational health files, both electronically and in paper format, in line with department guidance. Undertake retention and disposal checks as required. Request further medical evidence, ensuring written consent is in place. Provide reception services for medicals, supporting the clinicians. Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries. Support resource planning by overseeing existing and future demands on the team. Attend meetings and take minutes for publication. Deputise for the Office Manager to ensure service continuation. Requirements: Ability to use Microsoft Office packages. Knowledge of data protection laws and the importance of confidentiality. Self-motivated and focused on achieving high levels of performance. Tactful, diplomatic, and approachable. Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information. Flexible, positive attitude, and able to operate within deadlines. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate work effectively. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
