The role:

Are you an ambitious Corporate Associate 1+ years PQE looking to join a team that is considered a go-to advisor for some of the most significant M&A transactions in the UK legal market? If so, this prominent Bristol team would like to hear from you.

This Corporate practice deals with complex, high-profile and cross-border transactions on behalf of public and private corporate clients, institutional investors and private individuals.

As a junior, you can expect a broad diet of transactional work across private company acquisitions and disposals, public company takeovers, complex restructurings and reorganisations and equity investments and will be encouraged to take on responsibility from the outset.

The team is looking for someone who is technically gifted, commercially curious and outcome-oriented. In return, you can expect to be fully embedded into the full lifecycle of transactions and receive a large amount of exposure from the Partners.

This firm is committed to investing heavily in the next generation of homegrown talent and, as such, will encourage you to shadow seniors on high-level tasks/meetings, as well as introduce you to their business development network so you can start building up your name in this space.

The ideal candidate:
