They operate as a medium-sized business with a focus on delivering efficient and effective services to their clients.Job DescriptionProvide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees within the organisation.Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.Manage employee relations, including handling disciplinary and grievance procedures.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data compliance.Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace practices.Provide guidance on performance management and staff development plans.Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation as required.The Successful ApplicantA successful HR Advisor should have:Previous experience in a HR role in a Manufacturing and Production, FMCG or related environment.Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel to additional site in the Midlands twice a month.What's on OfferCompetitive daily rate depending on experience.Potential for the successful candidate to be made permanentTemporary contract offering flexibility and valuable experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector.Opportunity to work in Ellesmere Port within a well-established organisation.Supportive work environment with opportunities to contribute to impactful HR initiatives.If you are an HR professional and open to temporary position, we encourage you to apply for this HR Advisor role in Ellesmere Port today
