Home Live Jobs Graduate Jobs Graduate Sales Executive ·Graduate Technical Sales Engineer role in Runcorn, Cheshire·Ideal for Engineering graduates seeking to start a sales career·Working for a world-renowned Japanese company·No sales experience required, November start If you're an Engineering graduate looking to kick off your sales career with a company at the forefront of their market, this opportunity could be for you.Who's hiring?Established for over 100 years, this global company support clients with industrial automation and control solutions that support precision measurements and instrumentation.Industries they sell into include oil & gas, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, chemical manufacturing and many moreOperating in over 60 countries, they're now looking to add to their Runcorn based office with two new Graduate Technical Sales Engineers.What does the role look like?·12-month rotational programme across sales team before moving into a specialist role·Gain experience in everything from lead generation, closing deals & managing client relations·Undergo 12-month sales training programme through BMS Performance alongside the role·Work alongside an experienced team to develop your industry and product knowledge·Aim to move into a fully-fledged Account Management role after 12 months with client facing opportunities·Office based for the first 3-6 months, then moving to 2 days WFHWhat makes me right for this role?This role will be ideal for a confident Engineering graduate that is keen to combine their ability to take on technical knowledge with relationship building skills to thrive in sales. It's important that you have a relevant Engineering degree for this role.The right individual will be proactive, capable of working towards targets and have a specific interest in starting a sales career.The company are open to people relocating to the North-West as well as those already based nearby.What is the package offered?·£28,000-£32,000 base salary·Annual Bonus·25 days holiday + BH·Health and wellbeing programme accessApplications will be managed by BMS Performance, market leading in sales recruitment.
