You'll manage a portfolio of DB, DC, and Hybrid schemes, handling everything from benefit calculations and payroll to trustee reports and member queries. Accuracy, deadlines, and compliance aren't just boxes to tick - they're the core of the role. You'll also support your Team Leader and Client Executives, keeping processes sharp and the team firing on all cylinders. What you'll bring: Solid experience in DB pension administration (DC/Hybrid a bonus) Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail Confidence juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy Clear, professional communication across all channels (Optional) Studying or ready to study for the PMI CPC - you will be supported This is a hands-on role for someone who wants responsibility, visibility, and the chance to be a key part of a high-performing pensions governance team.
