The successful candidate must have an NVQ level 2 in Electrical installation and their 18th Edition. This position will also include the EICR testing for the siteEnsure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be madeEnsure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to always maintain plant in serviceable orderEnsure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive work. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial worksEnsure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administratorEnsure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared, and used for all tasks undertaken to always ensure safe working practices What experience you need to be successful:City and Guilds 236 A&B (2360 parts 1 and 2) or equivalentIET 18th editionCity & Guilds 2394 / 2395 or 2391 / 2392 Electrical Testing & Inspection is required with experience of NICEIC documentationValid driving licencePAT City & Guilds advantageousPrevious Hospital/Life Science experience would be advantageous This really is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to progress their career.
