About the RoleWe are currently looking to recruit Car Sales Advisors to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing customers with a first-class buying experience.In this role, you’ll support customers through every step of their journey — from the first enquiry right through to the moment they drive away in their new vehicle. You’ll also be selling and promoting a range of additional products, including Finance, Insurance, and Paint Protection.Full training and development will be provided to give you the skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and confidently sell vehicles and associated products in line with industry standards.Person SpecificationOur customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we’re looking for someone with a real passion for delivering excellent customer service.While previous sales experience is not essential, we are seeking a positive, motivated individual who thrives in a results-driven environment.You should be:Organised and confident in processing detailed informationKeen to continuously develop your product knowledgeA strong team player with the ability to inspire and support colleaguesDriven to achieve targets while maintaining excellent customer relationshipsWith a strong work ethic and proactive attitude, you’ll take ownership of your role and contribute to the success of the team.Key InformationHours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday (with a 1-hour lunch)Day Off: A weekday in lieuLate Shift: 1 per weekSunday Working: Required during March and September
