Your new role As a Senior Tax Advisory Manager, you’ll join a dynamic team delivering high-quality tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base. You’ll work closely with partners and directors on a wide range of projects, including:pany restructuring, shareholder tax planning, employee share schemes, dividend planning, tax-efficient share structures, acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence, management buyouts, estate planning and HMRC enquiries.You’ll be responsible for managing assignments from start to finish, building long-term client relationships, and identifying opportunities to add value.
