With offices based across Europe & beyond this role will suit someone who is used to managing culturally diverse teams across multiple locations. You'll be surrounded by a strong team of dedicated professionals, both as part of the large HR and wider business community. You'll be one step removed from the CPO and have oversight of all of the corporate functions for this well recognised business.Job DescriptionThe People Director will:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.Lead and manage a high-performing Human Resources team.Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational culture.Provide strategic HR guidance to a senior leadership team of ~ 15.Identify and address workforce development and training needs.Partner with other People Directors across the group on a variety of projects.The Successful ApplicantA successful People Director must have:A strong background in HR, including having worked as a "People Director" or "Head of HR" in a large, corporate businessProven leadership and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.European experience (employee groups must have been based across Europe and you must be able to demonstrate examples of adding commercial value across global regions).What's on OfferA strong salary & car allowance, private medical insurance, dental insurance, flexible & hybrid working policy and plenty of opportunity for personal development.
