Job description Do you have experience supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Are you confident in planning and delivering personalised sessions in English and Maths? If so, we’d love to hear from youWe’re seeking dedicated Tutors to work with young people across a wide age range-from Primary to Post-16-who require tailored support to thrive in their learning. About the Role: You’ll be working with learners who benefit from bespoke, one-to-one tuition. Many of our students have complex needs, including: SEN and SEMH Autism (ASD), ADHD, PDA Trauma and medical conditions Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Global Learning Delay Your role will involve planning and delivering engaging sessions in English and Maths, adapted to meet each learner’s unique needs. As a Tutor, you will: Deliver personalised tuition in English and Maths. Support learners with a wide range of additional needs. Plan and deliver sessions that are engaging, accessible, and goal-oriented. Be flexible and responsive to each learner’s individual circumstances. Maintain professional standards and safeguarding practices. Communicate effectively with families and professionals. About You: You have experience working with learners with SEN and complex needs. You’re confident in planning and delivering tailored educational sessions. You’re adaptable, empathetic, and committed to supporting young people. You’re available during school hours (Monday to Friday), either part-time or full-time. You’re professional, reliable, and passionate about inclusive education.
