You will work closely with small groups or individual students, providing targeted support to ensure they achieve their academic potential.You will also have the opportunity to take on some additional responsibilities, including leading small group interventions, providing classroom cover, and supporting students with special educational needs. Your ability to build positive relationships with students and staff will be key in helping to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:- Provide classroom support to teachers, assisting in the delivery of lessons and helping students with their learning.- Lead small group interventions, providing targeted support to students who require additional help.- Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they can fully access the curriculum.- Take on responsibility for supervising classes during short-term teacher absence, ensuring a positive learning environment is maintained.- Assist in the preparation and development of teaching materials and resources.- Support with the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.- Build positive relationships with students, supporting their emotional and social development.About You:- We are looking for a passionate and committed individual who is dedicated to supporting students in their learning journey.
