Are you an experienced Paralegal? Do you have an interest in Immigration Law and a genuine desire to develop? If so this role could be for you. My client, based in Birmingham, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their Immigration Team on a permanent basis. Benefits: Salary up to £26,000 dependant on experience Hours - Monday – Thursday 09:00am to 17:30pm and Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm 37hrs per week Location - Sheldon 33 Days holiday - Pro Rota (Inclusive of Bank Holidays) Death in service Scottish Widows Pension Healthcare Christmas & Summer parties Free parking Duties & Responsibilities Draft and review legal documents Communicate with clients regarding case status and requests for additional information Prepare and submit visa applications with the appropriate government agencies Research and review immigration laws and regulations Organise case files and maintain the firm's case management system Attend client meetings, take instructions and assist with client intake Skills & Experience required 2 years’ experience working in immigration law either as a Paralegal or Newly qualified solicitor.
