This is within the Automotive sector. You’ll need to be an outgoing individual, capable of inspiring employees and continuously improve their Sales and/or Aftersales skills. You will be passionate about learning and development and able to adapt to changing business needs. You will need to organise your courses, and delegates ensuring we maximise course attendance and importantly you’ll be able to demonstrate a return on investment.
