This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, well-established manufacturing environment, offering long-term stability and excellent earning potential.What You'll Do:" Carry out mechanical maintenance, fault finding and repairs on production machinery" Perform planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime" Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives" Work closely with engineering and production teams to maintain high standards of performance and safety" Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively across the siteWhat We're Looking For:" Mechanical engineering qualifications (NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)" Strong hands-on maintenance experience within manufacturing or a similar environment" Ability to work independently and as part of a team" Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach" Flexibility to work rotating shiftsSalary & Shifts:" £40,000 per year" Two-shift rotation: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm" Overtime opportunities available
