Computer Science Teacher Location: Crawley, West Sussex Academics is seeking an enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join a well-respected school in Crawley. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students and develop their skills in computing, programming, and digital literacy. Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons across key stages. * Teach programming languages, algorithms, and computing concepts. * Encourage problem-solving, analytical thinking, and creativity. * Prepare students for assessments and future career opportunities in technology. * Work collaboratively with staff to enhance the computing curriculum. * Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Requirements * QTS or equivalent teaching qualification. * Experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level. * Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. * Passion for technology and innovation in education. * Excellent communication and classroom management skills. * Full UK driving licence (school is not easily accessible by public transport). * Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
