Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of Haematology & Coagulation sections. Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results. Maintain high standards of quality control and assurance. Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care. Supervise and mentor junior staff and trainees. Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain laboratory instruments. Requirements: Relevant degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent. HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist. Experience in Haematology and Coagulation preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Benefits: Competitive pay within Band 7.
