All team members are individually recognized in prestigious directories.Your role will be handling a mix of trusts and estate litigation cases involving:Will disputes and testamentary document interpretationClaims against executors, including removal and replacementDisputes between executors and administration applicationsInheritance Act claimsTrust document variation and annulmentClaims against trustees for breach of fiduciary dutyProprietary estoppel and constructive trust claimsProfessional negligence in private client workRequirements:Experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive, likely NQ-2 years PQE, or alternatively a broad litigator who has gained experience in wills, trusts and estates disputes with a passion for this areaOutstanding technical knowledge, likely gained in a similar environmentExcellent communication skillsExperience with multi-jurisdictional estates/trusts and contentious Court of Protection cases would be advantageous. Non-contentious private client experience would also be beneficial.
