Job Title: Adult Social Worker – Front Door TeamLocation: WorcestershireRate: £32 per hour Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team in Worcestershire within the Front Door Team. Responsibilities:As a Social Worker (Level 3) in our Adult Front Door team, you will be a key player in safeguarding and effective decision-making. Your primary responsibilities include identifying the appropriate level of support for individuals through a timely strength-based approach. You will provide consultative guidance to the team, ensuring robust decision-making processes aligned with best practice guidelines. Conduct assessments to determine the needs of adults requiring support. Collaborate with other professionals to develop personalized care plans. Safeguard vulnerable adults by assessing risks and implementing appropriate interventions. Provide consultative advice to colleagues, ensuring adherence to best practice standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and case conferences.
