What You’ll Be DoingProviding 2nd line technical support across a range of SME clientsTroubleshooting and resolving issues across Windows Server environmentsManaging and maintaining Active Directory and Group PolicySupporting Azure AD / Entra, Office 365, Exchange OnlineParticipating in system upgrades, migrations, and project workContributing to documentation and process improvementsEscalating complex issues where needed and working closely with senior engineersWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in a 2nd Line or Systems Administrator role within an MSP (or similarly fast-paced environment)Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including user/group admin and GPOHands-on experience with Azure / Azure ADSolid understanding of Office 365 administrationExperience troubleshooting Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and backup solutionsExcellent communication skills and a customer-first mindsetA proactive approach—keen to learn and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
