THE COMPANY: The company in question are one of Birmingham's 'top' names, with an enviable client portfolio which is serviced by a team of over 50 members of staff company wide. The company has offices across the UK which enables them to offer a nationwide coverage of services, with projects ongoing in sectors such as; Education, Healthcare, Residential, Workplace and Community. The company are invested in Revit software, and are constantly keeping up with an ever changing & moving industry. They pride themselves on promoting from within and allowing their staff to develop and progress in their careers. Architects applying to this position will be provided with first class development and mentorship opportunities that will encourage you to progress through the hierarchy. With a city centre location this position is easily accessible to Architects across the West Midlands and even potentially further afield with hybrid working an option. THE POSITION - ARCHITECT The position available is for an Architect with 1-3 years of post qualification experience. As mentioned previously, the practice are particularly interested in Architects with a varied portfolio of work. The Architect will ideally be working towards, or already, running projects from concept to completion. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS UK recognised qualifications at Part 1,2 & 3 level ARB registered / RIBA chartered Approximately 1-3 years of post qualification experience Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD & Revit would be ideal A varied portfolio of work would be preferred. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? The successful Architect will be offered a salary in the region of £35,000-£40,000 alongside a competitive benefits package.
