Job description Early Years Educator - BR5 - 40 hours - £24,000-£28,000 This homely setting is looking for an early years educator to join their knowledgeable and friendly team. Their mission is to develop children's love towards different language's and provide a solid foundation for them to continue learning and understanding different culture. Through immersion education, they also aim to maximise children's brain development which will benefit them not only in language acquisition but also in all other areas of learning Located a short walk from train station and bus stops, this setting is conveniently located and also has parking available What we can offer you (benefits): •Salary: £24,000-£28,000 •Pension Scheme •Staff events •Employee of the month with a chance to win a voucher of your choice •Yearly bonus •Childcare •Free parking What we need from you: •Level 2 qualification in childcare or higher •Commitment •Passion to deliver outstanding childcare •Ability to work within a team •Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding •2 years experience within a setting Your duties will include: •Taking charge of a key group of children •Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop •Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning. •Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children •Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children •Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
