Role : Production Operative Location: Lenham, must drive due to location and hours Pay rate: £12.12 per hour Contract: Temporary position until the end of the year, potentially until February Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6am-6pm Benefits: weekly pay, up to 28 days annual leave, access to free eyecare vouchers, dedicated consultant to support you throughout your role, temp of the month awards and access to well-being platforms which also includes discounts on retails/restaurants. Responsibilities: You will be part of a small efficient team of operators on a continuous production line process, working to achieve the required level of production output, while ensuring that all significant requirements are met. You will be required to operate one of the company's many machines, with a view to becoming multi skilled across the many production processes within the company. Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing/production would be desirable. Perks: Free parking. Free fruit provided. Free tea, coffee, milk and juice.
