EYFS/KS1 Lead Teacher – Full-Time, PermanentSalary: Teaching Pay Scale M3–UPS + TLR 2 Contract: Permanent Sector: Education – Primary School Closing Date: 24 November 2025About the RoleAre you a passionate and creative teacher ready to shape the very start of children’s learning journeys? We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS/KS1 Lead to join a vibrant, forward-thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or middle leader to take the next step in their career and make a lasting impact in a nurturing, inclusive environment.As EYFS/KS1 Lead, you will:Champion high-quality early education and foster a love of learning.Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver an engaging, child-centred curriculum.Work closely with senior leaders to ensure every child flourishes.Start Date: January 2026 (later start date considered for the right candidate). Leadership Time: In addition to standard PPA, you will receive an extra half day per week for leadership responsibilities (one full day release from the classroom per week in total).Key ResponsibilitiesDrive excellence in EYFS and KS1 teaching and learning.Support curriculum development and assessment strategies.Mentor and develop staff within your phase.Collaborate with senior leadership to implement school-wide priorities.Ensure safeguarding and inclusion are at the heart of all practice.What We’re Looking ForA qualified teacher with proven experience in EYFS and/or KS1.Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others.Creativity, resilience, and a passion for early education.What We OfferA supportive, collaborative team environment.Additional leadership time to focus on strategic priorities.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.A school culture that values creativity, inclusion, and well-being.
