Your newpanyThis is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in painting and general maintenance, who takes pride in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, operational environment.Your new roleCarry out internal and external painting and decorating across the site, including walls, doors, and structural elements.Perform general handyman duties such as basic joinery, patch plastering, sealing, and minor repairs.Support the facilities and maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks and upkeep of site standards.Ensure all work ispleted safely, efficiently, and to a high standard with minimal disruption to operations.Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.Follow site-specific health and safety procedures and reporting protocols.What you'll need to succeedProven experience in painting and general maintenance roles, ideally withinmercial or industrial settings.Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.Goodmunication skills and a professional approach.NVQ in Painting.What you'll get in returnPermanent, full-time position with a leading facilities team.Opportunities for overtime and progression.Supportive working environment on a well-maintained, high-spec site.
