My Client based in Norwich is currently looking for an EPR Risk Management PMO Lead to join them on a 6 month contract. This contract is Inside IR35 PAYE paying £25 per hour. You will be joining an exciting Digital Transformation Programme. This role will focus on three areas; The active management of Risks and Issues from recording to resolution, and the oversight of Assumptions, Actions and Decisions. (Note: Dependency management comes under the control of the Programme Planner.) The oversight of the Programme Support Officers (PSOs) who look after meeting management, including setting up meetings, creating the agenda, meeting packs and minutes, recording actions and decisions. Administration of the document repository, Monday.com You will have the ability to create and maintain Risk and Issue logs, ensuring that mitigating actions occur in a timely manner, and the risk profile is understood by senior management. The post holder will appropriately escalate changes in the risk profile where risks are increasing in Likelihood and/or Impact. You will supervise a team of Project Support Officer's. The post holder will administer the document repository, along with the PSO team, to ensure that the repository is well organised, up-to-date, and that access control is appropriately implemented.
