My client who is renowned in the East London and West Essex area is looking for a skilled Lettings Negotiator who is able to do valuations. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your own department. As the Lettings Valuer you will be working: A 5 day working week (some Saturdays off) As a Lettings Valuer, you will be offered: Competitive basic salary Realistic OTE of Circa £55,000 A generous car allowance Clear career progression under a reputable brand. Independent commission structure at 10% with additional target bonuses in place. As a Lettings Valuer, you will be responsible for: Carrying out detailed market evaluations for rental properties throughout the East London Area. Winning client instructions while providing a knowledgeable and high-quality service. Establishing strong client rapport through clear communication Represent the brand and provide an exceptionally high level of customer service. To be considered for the Lettings Valuer role, you must have: Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential. Previous experience as a Lettings Valuer is desired but not essential. Has a proven track record when it comes to negotiating residential properties. Can deliver an exceptional level of customer service. Personable, and enthusiastic.
