If you’re looking for a firm where you can build a future and make an impact, this is the place for you.Your new role As an Associate Director within the Private Client Tax team, you will take a strategic andmercial approach to managing and developing client relationships while leading exciting and varied advisory projects. You’ll ensure a high-quality service to a range of clients and manage a team, including reviewing work, providing training and development, and maintaining a positive and inclusive culture aligned with our values.Your responsibilities will include:Leading advisory and technical projects for private clientsManaging and developing client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for new opportunitiesCollaborating with partners to develop new business and build on existing relationshipsMentoring and developing junior team membersOverseeingpliance and advisory projects, ensuring quality and efficiencyWorking closely with other departments to deliver a joined-up serviceWhat you'll need to succeed CTA and/or ACA qualification (or equivalent experience)Strong understanding of tax issues relating to private clientsProven experience in client handling and project managementAbility to lead advisory projects and deliver high-quality reports within budgetExcellentmunication and interpersonal skillsExperience managing a portfolio of personal taxpliance and advisory projectsA passion for mentoring and developing junior staffWhat you'll get in return We recognise that our people are our most important assets.
