About the role About the RoleOur partner school is seeking a passionate and committed SEND Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, inclusive education to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.You will work closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and support staff to plan and deliver tailored learning programmes that meet individual pupil needs.Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for pupils with SENDAdapt teaching approaches to meet a range of learning needs and abilitiesAssess, monitor, and track pupil progress against individual targetsContribute to the development and review of EHCPs and support plansWork collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, parents, and external professionalsCreate a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environmentMaintain accurate records and reports in line with school policies The Ideal Candidate Will Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience teaching pupils with SEND (desirable)A strong understanding of SEND legislation and inclusive practiceExcellent classroom management and communication skillsA caring, patient, and flexible approach to teachingCommitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing Why Join the School?
