You will lead the day-to-day management of transactions, contribute to client communications. This role is suited to someone with prior experience in fund finance who is looking to take on greater responsibility in execution and relationship management.In brief:Lead and support full deal execution cyclesManage transaction processes and lender communicationsConduct financial modelling and transaction analysisNegotiate commercial and legal termsContribute to business development and marketingBuild a strong network across the fund finance ecosystemThe Successful ApplicantCandidates with exposure to capital call facilities, NAV facilities, GP-led facilities, etc is a must have for this role.Ideally 3-5 years of experience in fund finance or leveraged finance to support clients in achieving their financing goals - could also be a good fit for candidates coming from a fund or investment team, or potentially a capital markets teamEntrepreneurial mindset and passion for growthStrong analytical and interpersonal skillsFluent in English (additional European languages a plus)Confident in client-facing roles and high-pressure environmentsWhat's on OfferVery hands on role given it's a small team with high volume transactions A collaborative environmentCompetitive packageHybrid role, 3-4 days in the office
