Your new role Contract: Temporary Pay Rate: £ £ p/hr Please note we only pay PAYE or Umbrella. We do not pay CIS Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, 37 hrs a week Location: Coalville & surrounding areas As a Multi Skilled Plasterer/ Bricklayer, you’ll be part of a customer-focused team responsible for a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and improvement work. Most of the work will be carried out in occupied homes, with some in void properties.Your duties will include:Carrying out plastering and associated multi-skilled work to required standardsRecording time, materials, and job details using a PDA deviceMaintaining vehicle stock levels to support a Right First Time approachSupporting a culture of excellent customer service and continuous improvementWhat you'll need to succeed NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant tradeEligibility to work in the UKFull UK driving licence (you’ll be issued apany vehicle)Solid working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe practicesExperience working in occupied domestic propertiesStrongmunication skills and a customer-first mindsetA flexible, team-oriented approachWhat you'll get in return A varied and hands-on role within a supportive team
