Your responsibilities will include:Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children feel confident and supportedPlanning and delivering engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFSObserving, assessing, and recording children's learning and developmentActing as a key person for a small group of children, building strong, supportive relationships with familiesWorking collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the highest standards across the settingEnsuring safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures are followed at all timesWhat We're Looking ForA qualified EYFS professional with a genuine passion for early educationStrong knowledge of child development and learning through playA positive, proactive, and team-focused approachExcellent communication and organisational skillsSomeone warm, reliable, and committed to delivering the best outcomes for childrenIf you are a fully qualified EYFS Practitioner ready to bring creativity, energy, and dedication to our Nursery, we would be delighted to hear from you.
