Job Title: Social Worker – Adults Short Term InterventionLocation: DarlingtonRate: £198 per dayLiquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join an Adults team based in Darlington. What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will work within the RIACT team, providing short-term interventions. You will collaborate closely with health colleagues in a co-located setting, focusing on hospital discharge support and managing community crises.
