Project ManagerLocation: PlymouthEmployment: Permanent | Full-Time Salary: Competitive + PackageWe are working with a main contractor to recruit a detail-driven Project Manager for an exciting construction project in Plymouth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, coordination, and managing the technical flow of information.Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring all project documentation, drawings, and technical details are aligned to support smooth on-site delivery. This would suit an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working with detail and precision.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all project documentation, drawings, specifications, and technical information required for the build processMaintain close communication with the Operations Manager and delivery team to ensure information is accurate, complete, and issued on timeAttend internal and external project meetings, capturing actions and ensuring information is clearly communicatedLiaise with the supply chain to gather, review, and coordinate design and technical dataSupport the build team by ensuring all pre-construction and construction-phase information is compliant and readyOversee document control, updates, drawing revisions, and registersKeep the project on track from a technical and administrative perspective, identifying gaps in information and driving solutionsAssist with QA processes, build reviews, and compliance checksWork collaboratively with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersAbout YouExperience in a similar Project Manager or technical coordination roleStrong technical understanding of construction processes and documentationHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfident liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teamsComfortable attending meetings and taking ownership of information flowProactive communicator with strong problem-solving skillsWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary and packageOpportunity to work with a leading main contractor on a high-profile schemeLong-term progression opportunitiesSupportive and technically strong team cultureHow to ApplyOur Commitment to InclusionAs a recruitment agency, we are committed to promoting inclusive opportunities on behalf of our clients.
