You will help Young People by: Building positive relationships by providing emotional support to young people, with challenging emotional and social difficulties. Taking the lead with case/care planning management. Carrying out regular reviews of young people’s care notes of support. Supervising, supporting, and training the staff team/volunteers. Personal care, administration of medication and clinical procedures. Supporting all aspects of the children’s care, health and wellbeing. Going to EHC meetings also reviews, safeguarding conferences and court work. Deputising in the managers absence. Skills A minimum of Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce Social Care Pathway/Residential Care or equivalent. Previous experience in a supervisory/ management role. Experience in managing and prioritising work. A commitment to going that extra mile. Experience of working with children with challenging behavioural, emotional and complex needs.
