You’ll deliver high-quality sessions at our training centres across North & South London and help players thrive in both training and matches.What You’ll Be Doing- Coaching sessions for players aged U5–U18- Supporting player development within our attacking, possession-based philosophy- Communicating positively with players & parents- Coaching at midweek sessions, weekends, and matchesWe’re Looking For- Consistent availability (midweek + weekends)- Passion & willingness to learn (training provided)- Positive, team-oriented attitude- Minimum FA Level 1 qualification (or working towards – volunteers considered)- Additional sports coaching qualifications welcomePay & Perks- £12.50–£27.50/hour (depending on qualifications & experience)- 1-to-1 coaching: From £30/hour (training provided)- Football parties: From £30/hour- Football camps (half-term): From £85/day- International coaching trips: Portugal (all expenses paid + £300/5 days)- Gothia Cup (Sweden): All expenses paid + £350/week- Continuous CPD & FA course accessWhere You’ll CoachArchbishop's Park (Waterloo) | Castlehaven CA (Camden) | Kennington Park (Kennington) | Paddington Rec Ground (Maida Vale) | Vauxhall Powerleague (Vauxhall) | Whitefield School (Brent Cross)About UsWe don’t just train players — we develop football people.
