Full Time Application Closes 24 Dec 2025 Canterbury - Canterbury Administrative Services Manager Ultimate Builders is growing in Canterbury, offering an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a key role in the region’s growth. With a solid pipeline of projects and upcoming client builds—including a new Showhome—this role is currently managed from our Waikato office. We are now seeking an experienced support professional to be based in Christchurch, joining a small, dynamic team with full backing from the company’s head office. This is an autonomous role offering variety and responsibility, from guiding clients through their home-building journey to assisting the Construction Manager in keeping projects on track—from point of sale through to consented plans—before handover to construction. What You’ll Do: Provide weekly progress updates to clients. Assist the Construction Manager with project coordination and operational tasks. Manage project documentation, schedules, and internal communications. Process POs and liaise with suppliers and contractors. Work closely with the Waikato team to ensure best practice across regions. Be the primary client contact during the early stages of builds. About You: Experience in construction administration or project coordination preferred. Familiarity with the new home build process, professionally or personally, is desirable. Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple projects. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong client communication skills and confidence in professional interactions. What We Offer: Medical insurance and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). A collaborative team culture. The opportunity to make a real impact in a growing company If you’re organised, proactive, and thrive as the link between clients and construction teams, this role is perfect for you.
