The RoleWe're looking for a Mobile App Engagement Manager who can take our mobile app experience to the next level You'll lead the development and execution of strategies that will enhance our user journeys, increase active usage, deepen engagement and unlock additional revenue opportunities across our mobile app. Working closely with the CEO & Founder - as well as engaging with the incredible tech and marketing teams - you'll play a key role in shaping how Shot Scope engages, retains and deepens the relationship with users across the globe.The PersonWe're looking for a strategic, commercially minded, data-driven individual with a passion for user experience. You'll thrive at the intersection of mobile technology, user experience and user engagement with the ability to shape meaningful app experiences that encourage user engagement and retention. In addition, you'll have an eye for turning sustained user engagement into revenue with the ability to drive growth across a variety of metrics.RequirementsExperience of Mobile App Engagement, Digital Product Management, Growth, Retention or User Acquisition MarketingSuperb working knowledge of a number of mobile analytics platforms including (but not limited to) Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent.A proven track record of managing user engagement, specifically improving user retention and monetisationStrong organisational and decision-making skills with the ability to implement and drive key mobile engagement strategiesThe ability to show success through delivery against key metrics in line with overarching business goalsAn excellent communicator, able to engage with cross-functional teams within a fast paced environmentThe ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWorking ArrangementsShot Scope pride themselves on the implementation of flexible working arrangements and their ability to accommodate the needs of colleagues. This position requires a hybrid model with 2 to 3 days in the office weekly.
